My wife loves Vietnamese spring rolls! Since she didn't have the ingredients required for the spring rolls, she whipped up this dish instead. Frankly, i'm not sure if its even a real Vietnamese dish, but i'll take her word for it.
For dinner she cooked Mee Rebus. She complained that it wasn't as thick as she would have liked....but to me it was fine. Any of you getting the feeling that she's a perfectionist in the kitchen? ;)
