Vietnamese Vegetable Crepe & Mee Rebus
My wife loves Vietnamese spring rolls! Since she didn't have the ingredients required for the spring rolls, she whipped up this dish instead. Frankly, i'm not sure if its even a real Vietnamese dish, but i'll take her word for it.
For dinner she cooked Mee Rebus. She complained that it wasn't as thick as she would have liked....but to me it was fine. Any of you getting the feeling that she's a perfectionist in the kitchen? ;)

Salad Super Supreme
Here are two variations of salads: Sour Cream & Garlic Chicken Salad and Mediterranean Tuna Salad
As much as i love salads, i'm going to drop a hint to my wife that i'd like her to cook that Italian baked flat bread with lotsa topping on top, such as cheese, pepperoni, olives, mushrooms etc.... ahhhhhhhh :P
