Spicy Chicken Galore

I don't have a name for this meal other than Spicy Chicken Galore. I think it's the humidity at this time of the year thats causing a 'creative meal name' block in my head.

Nevertheless, it was very delicious :)

There really isn't much to say about this dish...the colours alone make me hungry all over again. The mango salsa was the magical part of the whole dish - sweet, hot and tangy all in one!

Gong Xi Fa Cai!

Hi everyone! Inline with the Chinese Lunar New Year, I present to you Karen & family :)

This session was held at Taman Lembah Kiara in TTDI. It was an eventful session as it started raining heavily about 30 minutes into the session. We managed to get some good shots nevertheless and the kids actually enjoyed it even more i think... when else can you play & pose with big umbrellas? Oh yes...check out who's going to take over ACE hardware store one day? ;)

Here are photos from a session I did for a wonderful friend of mine recently. It was a nice and simple session held indoors with lots of natural light. Isn't her new daughter beautiful? Check out the love between the two sisters :)

Hot Prawn Mee & Hipmyl Chill

Ahhh...I love Prawn Mee! It's one of my favourite noodle dishes. My wife was so kind to treat me to her home cooked version and she topped it off with her own creation...the funkily named Hipmyl Chill! It's a refreshing tangy drink.

HIPMYL stands for Honey, Ice, Pineapple Juice, Mint leaves, Yogurt & Lime.

Try it yourself one day! Oh and even better...try it out in a glass with your own name on it ;)
