Cheese Arayes!

I just had to put the exclamation mark in the title since this is my favorite entree. On the rare occasion that both of us eat out at Bukhara KLCC or Tarbush, we always order their Arayes.

You should see my wife's face whenever she has something at a restaurant which she knows she can replicate at home. It's almost as if she can't wait to get home straight away to cook it herself!
