This is what happens when my wife gets experimental and adventurous.
One fine morning she looks at me in the face and says, "Get the car started, we're gonna go get stuff to make sushi". I knew it was going to be a looong morning in the kitchen for her heheh. The sushi they make at the supermarket is made with automated machines so they get done pretty quickly...but at home you need to use 100% organic machines... your hands!
But look at the results, not bad at all for a first time sushi maker ey! She apologises to all authentic sushi lovers out there since we don't eat raw fish :)

wahh..now this what we call "Malaysian-izing" outside food ;) looks yummy in a very Malaysian kinda way.hehe. Come to Japan lah..you guys will learn to love raw fish,just like us! :)
guys, i just love sushi as well, must eat at least once in 3-4 days.maybe im addicted to the vinegar. btw, just one trick to make your sushi rice tastier, add some sesame seed oil into the rice (yes, with the vinegar as well).
it'll make your sushi experience unforgettable.
p/s: nowadays, i no longer buy sushi from cold storage or jusco anymore,cause the rice dont taste as delicious as it is when you put sesame seed oil. trust me on this one! :P
